Interior Architect

Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design;
10 years of experience in relevant field;
Good design and communication skills;
Ability to lead and coordinate several design teams at a time;
Ability to supervise projects and administer building contracts.
Experience in hospitality and residential projects
( five-star hotels, serviced apartments, show flats, residents' clubs - an added advantage )

Assistant General Manager

Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines;
Proven records and solid work experience in large scale real estate and property developments;
10 years’ experience working across the Greater China;
With international exposure is an advantage;
Willing to travel frequently.
